Description
Every class is jam-packed with unique exercises, and super-fun kickboxing techniques. Because you can go at your own pace, our members range from men & women in their early 20s, to men & women in their 50s and 60s. Everyone has a ton of fun together, and gets an amazing workout.
Every class begins with a mix of exercises used by pro fighters. Lunges... squats... jumping squats... sit-ups... planks... and even more exercises than you've probably heard of! Each class is different, too - keeping things alive and fresh every time you come.
Next, we stretch out those muscles and grab some water.
And finally... The fun part ;-). You'll burn away hundreds of calories as you punch and kick your heavy bag. You'll learn moves used by pro fighters like jabs, crosses, hooks, roundhouse kicks, front kicks and more.
Combinations of these techniques give you a FULL-body workout. You'll look great. You'll feel great. And you'll love every second ;-).
